If you wish to cancel a service or appointment with Shree Occult Solutions, we ask that you notify us as soon as possible. The cancellation policy for services is as follows:

  • Cancellation within 24 hours of booking: If you cancel your appointment or service within 24 hours of booking, you will receive a full refund.

  • Cancellation after 24 hours of booking: If you cancel your appointment or service after 24 hours, no refund will be issued. However, we may offer a rescheduled appointment at our discretion, depending on availability.

    Please note that we reserve the right to reschedule or cancel an appointment in case of emergencies or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will notify you in advance and offer a full refund or alternative scheduling options.

     

  • 2. Refunds for Services Rendered

  • Due to the nature of our services, Shree Occult Solutions does not offer refunds once a session has been completed, except in cases where the service was not provided as described or was unsatisfactory.

  • If you feel that the service you received was not in accordance with your expectations or was not provided as agreed, please contact us immediately. We may offer a partial refund or another service at our discretion, depending on the situation.

     

  • 3. Digital Products and Services

  • If you purchase any digital products, such as astrology reports, tarot readings, or downloadable content, we offer no refunds once the product has been delivered, as these are digital goods and cannot be returned.

  • In exceptional cases, we may review your request for a refund if there is an issue with the digital product you received. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product if you believe there is a problem.
